Anyone have any good recipes for ground turkey or chicken? Or a meatless recipe? It's just me and the kids tonight and I want something different.

ive never used it, but ive heard my mom say that she substitutes the ground beef for ground turkey in any dish that calls for ground beef and it turns out good.

Yeah I already do that. It's pretty funny how ground turkey doesn't taste any different then ground beef but is so much better for you.

I just don't know what you make.  

I'm making sloppy joes mixed with shredded cheese tonight. Using ground turkey. YUM! All gooey and delicious..
