What types of games is he playing? He may be getting distracted and not realize he has to use the bathroom. Does he have a lot of time doing active things (running around, being outside)?

How else would i say it? He doesn't spend a lot of time outside no... its when hes inside he does it most of the time

Mom had a foster child that regressed in that fashion (he would also hide poop under his bed)and the therapist suggested "sticker cards" and rewards when you fill up a card. It's worked really well for him, have you tried that?

Do you ask him through the day if he needs to go? He may just forget when he's playing or try to hol it so long he goes and doesn't want to tell you. My son is almost 5 and I still remind him because I know how easily he get absorbed in play.
