natural remedies?

For the past 4 nights I have only gotten 2-4 hours of sleep. Not because of my kids.. I just cant fall asleep and stay asleep.. I hate taking meds. Are there any natural remedies you ladies know of? Have you tried them? Did they work for you? I need to figure out something... Ive tried hot tea, reading before bed, listening to soft music, having one of those white noise makers.. Nothing has worked. I was diagnosed with adhd when I was about 13 and tried a BUNCH of meds and none of them worked. I have found coping skills and everything that work for me so I dont need the meds. But lately sleeping has been a REALLY big issue for me and what used to work doesnt work any more...
Any home remedies/natural remedies yall know of would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
