Im desperate.. dinner inspiration!!

Im sick to death of cooking the same thing ALL the time..

Im in desperate need of new ideas..
Im doing the grocery shopping in about an hour.... PLEASE HELP LOL!

Quick, easy, healthy.. (suitable for a 19mo)

If you have anything you want to share please feel free!

We turned to takeaways last week and i feel like crap now LOL!  
I need home cooked food again.  

So far on 'the list' for this week i've got ..
Moroccan chicken salad
Chicken carbonara
Steak, mash, salad - maybe (im not a huge steak fan haha!)

Chicken parmies?
Shepperds pie?

Thats all i got because the thought of food makes me want to spew lol

I don't miss that at all.. thank gosh for the implanon!
(now lets hope this doesn't fail as well hahaha!!)

Im sick of mince.. chicken parmies i could possibly do.. hubby isn't a huge fan though. (he likes Kiev's but im sick of them LOL)

Meatloaf! Enchiladas, tacos.

sloppy lennies(sloppy joes made with lentils)
california rolls
breakfast for dinner
turkey wraps
bbq pork on baked sweet potatoes
spaghetti squash with sauce and garlic toast

BBQ beef stir fry - beef strips, red, yellow capsicum, mushrooms, sliced zucchini, BBQ sauce and Singapore noodles. Cook beef. Add about a cup of BBQ sauce (I dot measure anything), add the veg. Then stir and simmer til soft. Add noodles til soft an serve. Soo good. I season to taste with herbs and spices.

Honey mustard chicken in brown rice - chicken breast cut into small chunks. (Can add whatever veggies you would like), jar of honey mustard, and rice. Cook chicken, add sauce, simmer then serve on rice. Season to taste as well. (I add a little Dijon)

Chicken schnitzel - chicken breast butterflied. Dip in an egg, milk, S&P mixture, then coat in bread mixture - bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, S&P, smoked paprika, dash of thyme and lemon zest, dried garlic season. The cook on a shallow pan til cooked through, turning every few minutes. Serve with a side salad or steamed veg, mash anything.

Greek salad - cooked rigatoni pasta, cucumber chunks, tomato diced, feta cheese crumbled, red onion diced and spinach leaves chopped. All tossed in a bowl and then lemon vinaigrette gently mixed through. Lemon vinaigrette - 1 part olive oil, 1 part lemon (I usually only need 1 large lemon for two serves) S&P, shaken thoroughly to mix.
