OMG, my hips!!!

I swear to God they're going to fall off at the joint.... any moment. Lol.

Laying down is smurfing horrible. I'm half tempted to try to sleep in the chair... ahhh!

Anyone else's hips hurt like a SOB?

... I got 3 weeks, that's it... I can do it!!! Ahhhhh! Lol.

Yes! But I found some relief with body pillows. Helped 100% I was sleeping on my mom's couch because it was the only place I could find SOME comfort in sleeping.

My body pillow must suck d, cuz it ain't doin smurf. Lol.

I am really curious why most woman find the couch to be more comfy... it seems like every pregnant chick has said the couch has been a life saver...

My mattress is really hard and the couch had softer cushions which took the stress off my hips.
I just recently bought 2 body pillows from Walmart, wrapped them in a blanket and lay on them in bed.. It just helped a lot.
I was having it so bad that I'd wake up from a deep sleep 'cause I moved a little.. then the next day I'd feel like the baby was pressing on my cervix making it "click" ALL day long...  
Is that like what you're having?

...hmm.. that sounds interesting.

For me its more like... I feel like my hips have completely separated from my body, and when I move, my hips are so weak, I can't move my legs and it feels like all the muscles around my hips, like my groin, back and thighs feel like they are being ripped apart.

... its a very lovely feeling -_-

Only thing I can think of that MIGHT help, is looking into a chiropractor. Have you tried that?

No... but my ins doesn't cover holistic medicine, and I guess that's what it's considered... and I don't have the money for it. ;(

I guess that would make sense tho... to bad I can't afford it.

Try calling around, when I lived in CO there was an awesome Chiro that only charged $15 an adjustment.. that's without insurance. I'm sure there's places that can work with you.. if not, check out some massage places.. like if there's an Oriental Massage at the mall nearest you, I've had some pretty damn amazing (and CHEAP) massages done at places like that.
Kind of sucks that I moved 'cause now I can't find any cheap ones around me.. and the mall here doesn't have it anymore ):

I am having the same issue..my hips and high up inside of my thighs just ache from time to time. Glad you posted this cuz i was wondering if this was normal all the girls i asked recently said they never had that. I did figure it was just another pain to add to the lovely 3rd trimester tho lol

Haha... pregnancy is fun isn't it?! Lol.

But yeah, its just your hips widening, getting ready to have your LO. But this is by far the worst pain I've had yet in this pregnancy. ;(

You think you're gonna make it to your due date?

My hips hurt so bad when I sit or lay flat on my back for more than 5 minutes. Im always changing positions.

my hips are going to be the death of me! it doesnt matter if im sitting, standing, laying down or whatever position they're seriously painful no matter what.. i dont know how i will survive 7 1/2 more weeks lol

We bought one of those memory foam mattress toppers a couple weeks ago..totally worth it, helped my back when I was prego and my hips and joints and feels amazing now.  

Mine hurt when I am walking... I hate it! I had an ultrasound today and he's already head down well he's been head down since my last ultrasound.. I guess he plans on staying there.

I think he may come a few days early but my luck ill be one of those ladies that go overdue either way I just want him to be healthy..we cant stay pregnant forever!
