If you thought you were having it at around 9dpo how long would you wait before testing?

At least 2-3 days.

Thank you. I've only ever been pregnant once before and I never ever had spotting between periods, so I was just curious. Trying not to get my hopes up since DH was given a 50/50 chance of retaining fertility after a few surgeries earlier this year and he won't go back and get tested.

I always got a BFP within 24 hours of bleeding. I bled with all 3 of my pregnancies.
