Groin pain... Need opinions please

Ok so about a week ago I thought I pulled a muscle. Well nothing I've done has helped. I called my doc and they told me to go to Er. Well I go only to feel like I'm ignored and blown off. Oh it's just round ligament pain. By this point I can't walk really, moving at all completely hurts, and I can't put pressure on my leg. Well they Gave me a muscle relaxer. It provides no relief at all. I am a nurse and my main thought has been I have a inguinal hernia and considering the muscle relaxer didn't help, it only confirms my suspicions more. But they sent me home without a doctor looking at me an with no relief and told me to wait until my next doctors appointment next Wednesday before I can ask again. I'm ticked off and feel like I should at least get looked at. I understand if it is a hernia nothing can be done until she is born and that's only 4 weeks away but I would still love to know what's wrong. So any ideas if a hernia sounds right?

id find a new doctor. :/

I wonder if it's the same as my pain. Will you read my last post and see if it sounds similar to that? I called the after hours line cause its hurting so much and he said it sounds safe at this point.

It's either here or I have to go an hour away at least and with a 4 yr old at home plus no money I can't afford to go anywhere else :-\

No my pain is only in my groin no stomach issues at all and as long as I hold it completely still it doesn't hurt.

Problem solved just don't move, ever haha. How would that be round ligament pain?! Wtf. That's in your lower abdomen isnt it? If you're not having tummy issues then why would they say that?!

I'm on Medicaid because I didn't get my license until late in my pregnancy and no one will hire me until after the baby. I know how some places are they ignore you just because I can't pay for it myself or could've been because it was 3 am who knows but u figure instead of sending me home they would have looked into it more when the muscle relaxer didn't work at all and I'm no expert in pharmacology but round ligament pain would have been solved by that

I looked it up but I don't have the clicking plus I only hurt on my left groin. The pain doesn't move. But I will most definitely mention it to my doc tomorrow cu I plan on going in there demanding things tomorrow like for someone to listen instead o blowing me off  

I have spd and you don't get all the symptoms sometimes its just a pain in the groin, I've gone through 3 of my pregnancies with it and each one has varied, the worst was when my pelvis misaligned, groin/ pubic pain constantly could barely walk, I had physiotherapy and it was immediate relief. Could be what's happened to you. This time I've used Pilates to help and although I still get pain it's nowhere near as bad as the last 2! X
