Question...

ok, so I got my Mirena IUD out yesterday and just started TTC tonight. I have not had a period in about a year due to my mirena. So I won't know if I have missed a period, and I do not know when I am supposed 2 ovulate. So how do I know when it's been long enough to take a pregnancy test to see if I am pregnant or not. (obviously this is for future advice) since I only just started trying. And is there any tips or ne thing that would help prove more successful?? TIA

I would start using OPK's, they will tellyou when you're ovulating.

I would start using opks to determine ovulation. If all else fails though, wait for AF to come and then get with the baby making. My friend had an iud and it took her a couple of months before everything was regular enough to time her cycles without opks.

Amazon has Wondfo brand OPK's like 40 for 14 dollars, and it comes with 10 pg tests. That way it wouldn't be expensive to start using them now and use them everyday until you O.

you're welcome!! Also, i would test twice a day. I missed my surge this last month only testing once a day. Cuz your surge can last for less than 24 hours, and you can miss it. If i don't get a BFP this month i'm testing twice a day!
