c-section on tuesday

I am super ready but at the same time I am pretty scared! I'm worried about the pain and everything. I wish I new more about it but I was so worried when I went to the doc that I didn't even ask any questions. I hope I make it through the weekend I got checked today and I was 2 centimeters well after he checked me I've been having braxton and hicks I haven't been timing them but I was in labor and delivery last night so I've been checked twice in 2 days and of course I lost more of my plug so I'm a little worried! Anyways I would love to know what they did for for pain from getting a spinal block to everything else because I can't handle pain very well! TIA

Just curious but why are they scheduling you for a csection?? Are you concerned about going into labor beforehand or the csection??

She is breech and they want to get her out before I go into active labor so I will be 39 weeks on Tuesday. They tried to flip her and it didn't work so I scheduled a c-section.

Here in lebanon at witham hospital! I'm super excited to meet her but I am pretty scared about the pain of it all because I am a weakling and can't handle pain all that well even though its for a good reason and I would do anything to protect my baby! Its funny how some of my friends say I can't believe u r having a c-section instead of just letting your body go into labor! I feel like smacking them and saying I can't the doctors here don't deliver breech babies unless they absolutely have to and in my case they can do it before I go into labor! But I would love to have her naturally but that's not an opption where I am and I'm not going an hour away to natyrally deliver.

awesome! I can't wait!! Too bad you aren't having it at hendricks in danville.. they were awesome.. we go to lebanon every once in a while because my boyfriends family lives there
