I hate confrontation, soooo id write an anonymous letter saying u were a close nieghbor and would really apprieciate if they kept the noise level down, and u will do the same...

Or send something like that^ to management... I always feel like I'm going to piss people off then they will all talk smurf about me, lol I'm paranoid...

I kinda miss living in an apt. I had this 1 nieghbor they were an older couple, and all she complained and yelled about was that he didn't love her anymore, and he was always yelling that she never balanced the check book... lol

I've thought about moving but every house I've looked at is a piece of junk, the decent ones are way out of my price range.

Believe me, I know. I live in a triplex townhouse, there's an apartment above and below. No insulation and hard wood floors amplify everything. No property manager, just a landlord who really doesn't give a smurf.

And what makes it worse is the fact that they've lived there a long time and the upstairs apt kept getting a new tenant before I moved in because all the ones that came were extremely loud & partied or didn't pay their rent, so I guess the downstairs people feel like they're privileged to be noisy I guess

I'm just gonna try to be as quiet as possible for a while, before I confront them, because I know I haven't been the quietest but like I said, I am hardly home, and anytime I'm loud is really brief so it's not annoying. What annoys me is someone continuously being loud, if they had loud arguments for 10 minutes here and there it wouldn't really bother me lol
