Thanks   I actually need to call my case worker tomorrow and inform her that he got a job, he never reports any kind of changes in income, residence, etc.

of course he doesn't report anything. they will take that into consideration as well... The judge ripped my sons dad a new smurf... he picked apart every single lie... he even said if he can afford a cell phone then he can pay child support. or have whoever pays his phone bill pay his child support... it was amazing!!!! I was scared for him. Don't worry. he may think he got away with it for now but you will always win in the long run...
