NASTY diaper rash poop baby!

My poor 1 1/2 yr old daughter has been sick and has diarrhea she has a bad daiper rash whats the best thing to cure it other than desitin and a&d I been using that and doesnt go ago. What else can I try?

put some lotrimin (sp?) on her and then some destin over top of it.. had the same thing for my DS and his dr gave him a script for lotrimin sounds weird but it works.. otherwise the other thing i use is cornstarch baby powder

Butt Paste. I know it sounds silly, but it seriously work. Cleared up all of my daughter's diaper rashes over night, and it is all natural. They sell it almost every where, walmart, kmart, walgreens, rite aid.

If you're breastfeeding, squirt breast milk on the rash.

Burnt flour also worked great on my kids. Take some regular flour and burn it in a pan on the stove. Smells awful, worked great

Air. Lots and lots or diaper free time will help dry the rash out. Moisture will make it worse. If you have coconut oil smear some on her bottom when she has a diaper on and you can add baking soda to a warm bath to soak her butt.

We us Butt cream its call great stuff also use cornstarch
