It's a funny "babyhood" story now but when it happened it was a disaster. I spent DAYS washing all of our clothes. Lol

My son did this for MONTHS. Usually twice a day. I started giving him Chia seeds in his pablum and it firmed his poo up a little and he stopped smurffing all over the place. Chia seeds is very nutritional and rich in, protein, calcium, omega's. I bought the organic chia seeds..

This is the same for my LO, but are you using baby dry or swaddlers. Baby dry she's explosive, but swaddlers cost a little more but are awesome, no rash and the diaper seems to suck it up before it can escape I just wish they didn't stop at size 3, idk what I'm going to use right now she's a 2 but when she grows out of size 3 I'm screwed.

P.S. I know some of you will say clothe NO WAY I'm all about going green till it comes to that.

Why?   You know you're supposed to empty your childs bowel movements into the toilet before tossing it anyways, right? And that's the grossest factor of cloth diapering, imo.

Well it's impossible, she's breast fed and the diaper soaks it up, the Pampers swaddlers are made for breast fed babies and are specially designed for soaking up the softer stool so there is nothing to dump. seriously those diapers are amazing, now all the other brands, it's like she would be sitting in a little pool of her poo

I bought mine online. eBay has them for like $5 each. I like babyland dipes or the ones from seller "grape-apple"

and for cloth diapering, you also don't even need to touch the poop unless it is solid (or has food residue on it) since their poop is water soluable.

Cloth diapering was 1000 times easier than I thought it would be...I'm mad I didn't start him as a NB...

1. You save a TON of money
2. No chemicals against babies butt
3. No explosions
4. Its way more soft and comfy on their hiny
5. Its 100 times cuter
6. They can't pull them off and eat them or paint with their poop at nigh if they are in a crib ( if you get ones with snaps)

And honestly its not really much work...its pretty damn simple...

I'm not gonna lie I'm addicted to the cuteness

OP check out the Cloth Diapers Rock Bitches Thread in the Parents with Infants forum

My favorites are sweetpea pockets one size hemp and prefolds with Wolby bug covers

what about washing them, they go through alot of diapers thats a ton of extra laundry to do, and then going out with them and carrying around the soiled ones

OK I have enough diapers to where I only do a wash every other day or two days...not a big deal...as for carrying them around I have a "wet bag" ....after you change LO you just toss the dirty diaper in the waterproof bag and zip it shut...no stink.. and you put the bag in the diaper pail when you get home. I use a waterproof reusable liner for my pail that goes in the wash too...its all pretty simple  !

Not sure how old this post is, but think you should look at the yoghurt as a cause. You aren't supposed to give dairy to under 12 months, and if they are over 12 months, it could be a sensitivity to lactose (the sugar in dairy products). My daughter had to have lactose free formula also because of runny poo. There are heaps of lactose free products, which still have all the good stuff (calcium,
phosphorus live cultures etc.) Give it a go, hope it helps.
