Post pregnancy girdles

Did any of you ladies use one and did it work? if so how long did you were and when did you wear it?

Yes. I was given one after my csection. Not sure if that counts though.

did it help you get back to pre pregnangy belly?

Meh. Not really. But that could also be from the csection itself.

I used one.. and all it did was make me uncomfortable. It just made my body look smoother under my clothes.
