So I am now 21 weeks along and i am gaining weight i guess like i should, but i dont feel like i LOOK pregnant, just really fat. I was over weight to begin with, but i am having twins...and looking at my mothers pictures when she was pregnant with my twin brother and I, i feel like i am way behind. i understand my starting weight has something to do with it...but i just dont see it. Any advice, or am i just over reacting??

I think that's how we all feel, well most of us, don't worry, you only have to worry when your not pregnant and some one asks how far along are you lol

I didn't look pregnant until about 23 weeks. I only have one baby in there and I wasn't over weight to begin with. Everyone carries differently.

^^ Lol! Very true.
SO many things factor into how you carry your pregnancy - everything from whether you have a long torso to genetics - you could very well swell up like a balloon overnight - enjoy being able to fit behind the wheel of your car while you can!

People couldn't recognize me as pregnant till 28wk or so. And omg my double chin! I had one but now the rolls touch.

I was really tiny(5'2 and 105lbs) with my first pregnancy and didn't start 'looking' pregnant until about 30ish weeks. I weighed a lot more with my other kids and all my fat was in my stomach so I probably didn't start rounding out and looking like I had a pregnant and not just fat belly until about 35 weeks.

I didn't LOOK pregnant until about 28 weeks. I was 5'4" and 200 pounds at the start, so a big girl but not really allowed in the "big girls" club LOL. I'm not carrying twins but I did notice what I wore changed how pregnant I looked. T-shirts hide it. When I got my belly band thingymajigger (it's like a back support thing, under the belly, around the back, over the belly so three parts to it) it really hoisted the belly up and gave it more shape. Maybe get one of those? It will be nice to have for your hips and back anyway!
