Maybe Jey, JJ, I don't know. My grandmothers name was Corinne but spelledCoreen. As for a nickname only Cori, Rin (pronounced Wren) come to mind for it. Quinn is a bit far off in my opinion.

I don't think quinn would be that farfetched for corinne...I can kind of see it.

A little, but I think it could work. After all, a nickname doesn't have to actually stem from the name itself, and Quinn and Corinne have the same ending.
