I would not call you a fatty mc fatty pants at all. So, your friend is smaller than you.. it doesn't mean you're 'fat'. You have a nicely shaped pregnant body. There's nothing fat or flabby about it.

My husband bought my ring before I got sick and then I lost 50 lbs. I just taped it up. He kept asking when I wanted to get it resized and I told him when I was sure my weight would stop changing. Then I got pregnant LOL So I lucked out there..though I rarely wear my ring

12 year old boys get pregnant? Why does reassuring the OP have to mean insulting her friend's body? Some people are just small, it doesn't mean they're unattractive.
