I'm in the cbus area. Hook me up with him as a landlord! Lol jk. That is great you are given a break on your rent. And it's great he is so understanding! With some of that money you save, I would buy him something to show my gratitude. Or your kiddies could make him a really nice homemade christmas card.

Oh you better believe he will be receiving the biggest thing of holiday treats ever! He's a drag queen performer on the weekends so DH said we should buy him some big drag quee earrings and necklaces lol. Just when you start to lose hope there's still good people in the world he does something like this.
