I would never get a Radian again. Yuk.

To each their own.
I've had about 6 different car seats and it will always be my favorite.

I had one when it was a Sunshine Kids, so maybe it's better now, but I had nothing but problems with it. Especially RF. I was so mad I spent all that money. They even sent me a new one and the same crap would happen.

I have the SKJP version.

What was wrong with yours? I've had no problems.

The straps wouldn't tighten. Like they would get stuck. We tried it in different cars, different positions and it always had the same problem. I found a few people online that had the same problem.

I hated the radian for my son, it's seat is really narrow and I felt like he was too big for it so we went with the frontier, with this baby I tried one from bru rear facing and it was so long! No one would have any room to sit in the front seat, so they are definitely out for us too

You know they have an angle adjuster that makes it more upright?

Ya it was huge RF. We could use in the middle of one of our cars and still fit. I love our Frontiers. My DH is 6'4" so I need something that's not huge either. My 4 1/2 just hit the RF height limit on the Marathon. He looks way to big in it, but he's within the limits.

Yeah we had several bru employees helping out putting it in different positions and angles and I'm only 5 1" and my knees were in the dash. I love it's ratings but I hate the seat itself

My son is 34 pounds and 40" tall and he has so much room to grow with the frontier, definitely $$ well spent!
