uhhhhhh, no. My daughter will always be my first priority. I don't care how old she is.

My children BUT I do believe you can't neglect your marriage if you want a healthy/happy family. I believe a lot of people forget this.

when your child/ren moves out on his/her/their own, starting their own family, wouldn't your husband then be the person who comes first?

My kids of course then dh then lastly me. Lmao. I love my little family but I will always be a mother first then a wife. Sorry but my kids are my number one pride and joy!

No until my death my child will come first

My son will always come first. Then My husband then me.

i'm not saying you will love your kids less but when its just you and your husband at home wouldnt he then move to first place?

When a kid becomes an adult, they're an adult. It doesn't mean I won't love them, but no, they're no longer my "top" priority. I'm not going to neglect my husband because my kids decide they want me to come make them dinner. At that point they will have their life and I'll have my life. The relationship changes. I will still love them but you can't really live for your kids, especially when they're adults.

While my kids aren't there, yes. But the second my child needs me, he get's put on the back burner.

In the sense that you are no longer their primary caregiver, of course. But if you mean they take a back burner to him certainly not.
