does anyone agree with me that they would put their children first up until a certain age? like when they move out on their own or turn a certain age then they won't be your first priority anymore.

DS always, no matter what. He relies 100% on me. DH/SO can fend for themselves if need be.

I'm not married... probably never will be. BUT... My son comes first. SO and my immediate family second.

Always my children.... I feel like that shouldn't even be a question for anyone. However, if I didn't have kids and i got pregnant and I knew continuing the pregnancy would probably kill.me, id abort. So in that case my husband comes first.

If your children are not number one and come first, there is something wrong with your logic and you shouldn't be having children.

And if you don't feel that way, you shouldn't be having children.
