It's going to be a super small graduation with a bunch of strangers and I'm not sure if my parents will be able to make it or not yet.

But it is a big deal I supposed because I'll be the first in my family to graduate from HS and I did it for my kids. I'm doing all of this for my kids and I want to show them that I did it for them. KWIM? Plus I want DH to STFU about graduating from HS twice before I even graduated once.

If I had all my kids like I do now and graduate again for something I
would prob walk for them, I remember watching my mom walk when she got her bsn I was never more proud of her!!!

I went my senior year to a new school and didn't know anyone and had no one showing up to cheer for me or anything so I worked the night of my graduation and picked up my diploma the next day. Hasn't bothered me at all that I missed it but I DO wish I could have gone if I had still been attending my old school. I plan on going to my college graduation in May though, so that will make up for it a little

He graduated from an online HS (the one I go to) and from the HS we met each other at. They had to bend some rules to get him into an actual campus after he already graduated but he needed to in order to join the Army.

I wrote out the check and finished the application and I just turned in my last assignment. I'm going to walk.

I graduated with a bunch of people I didn't share my high school memories with, I look back on it and think it wasn't even that big of a deal.

I have never heard of paying for your high school diploma. I have heard of paying for the cap n gown but not for the certificate that's BS
