I have a bunch of chicken legs/drumsticks whatever you'd like to call them that I'm defrosting right now. What is the best way to cook them in the frying pan? Should I bread them first? Can I just throw them on there with a little oil? What seasoning should I use?
haha, but in all seriousness. i like to put a little water in the bottom on the pan, perferably the ones that you would cook noodles in the deep ones. I put in a packet of the hidden valley dressing mix, the power not the liquid and let it steam cook, put the lid on.
if you're gonna fry them get some flour, garlic powder, salt/pepper and any other seasonings you're fond of and just put it all in a plastic bag and shake the chicken in it with it...let it sit for like 5-10 minutes..take a frying pan and fill it up with oil about half way and let the pan heat up for about 5 minutes...and when the oil is hot just fry them up until they're golden brown...I just love home made fried chicken!
