I just asked my sister's Israeli boyfriend what he thinks Israel should do. And he just says that "I feel bad for both sides. I don't believe in war."

Yeah, my grandma has blonde hair/blue eyes with a "Hapsburg" chin. My mom is the same only her eyes are green...but are still considered Jews.
Odd thing, that's why my dad liked my mom..her chin. She looks German through and through. He about smurf when he found out she had Jewish blood...He's some kind of wanna-be Nazi.

For long after the war it was unsafe for them in all of Europe and there were even a lot of neo-Nazi's in the US

No I'm saying if the US or UK wanted to give Israel a safe place to go they should have given up their own land, not someone else's. And if they didn't want to give up their own land then they should have given no one's land.

I agree with him. It sucks on all sides. I wish people would just get along.

He confuses me. He follows a Kosher (Jewish) diet. He's weird...

That I can agree with. I do blame this entire conflict on England, and I can see both sides of the issue. It just saddens me because I feel that Jewish people have never caught a break and have been used as scapegoats for so long and now they have to fight for just a tiny piece of land to call their own.

I know my great-great grandparents had to leave family behind because they couldn't afford for all of them to come here. Idk what happened to them...I've never heard.

I do feel bad for the Jews, but now there are definitely plenty of places for them to go. Jewish neighborhoods all over the world. I mean where I live and work, I would say 75% of the people I deal with on a daily basis are Jewish. and of those people 50% are Orthodox. There are many communities around the world that they can go to.
