dsi or dsi xl

not sure whether or not to get my 4 year old soon to be 5 a dsi or a dsi xl for christmas. $30 price difference between the two, buttttttt the dsi xl looks huge in adult hands. any opinions? experiences? TIA

I personally have a dsi. My daughter (who is 4) plays Mario on it like it's going out of style haha.
While I like the XLs, I think you might be better off just getting the dsi. It's smaller so easier for LOs hands.
