I generally only let people I love watch my kid. They can drink if they'd like.
If I am PAYING you to watch my kid, then I'd be upset & never use them again.

i dont feel like calling the cops was necessary but for her to drink while watching your children is not ok. i prob would have kicked her ass for that

Lets be honest, her drinking while watching your kids and you no knowing about it is an smurf move. But I dont see why you called the cops on her O.O If something had happened to your kids then hell yah but Im going to guess it didnt since you didnt say anything.
