Dandruff

posted 15th Nov
Not sure if this is where I should post this.
Anyways, I have the worst dandruff and I don't know how to get rid of it! I have suffered with it for years and sometimes it gets worse, like now. It wasn't bad while I was pregnant but now, 5 months PP, it has flared up with a vengence. I have used tar shampoo but that seems to make it worse   Any advice ladies?

aww well that was my only suggestion since I don't have problems with it. I hope you find something that works.

I have read about using apple cider vinegar but not sure if that really works or not.

Try a nice anti dandruff shampoo. Do some research and find out which one would be the best for you. If you have dry hair, then choose a shampoo accordingly. I have also heard that Neem helps in removing dandruff from your hairs.
