Look what I got today!

I ordered my first item from Etsy a few days ago and just received it in the mail today. It's supposed to be for Christmas but I might just let her have it now. It's a Lorax quilt:

I wanted to do little man's nursery in Dr.Suess so bad.

I know I love it! And stitching looks really good, lots of swirly stitches. Not sure if there's a technical term I obviously don't quilt. And here is her etsy profile http://www.etsy.com/shop/gloriasquiltrack. She was very decent priced in my opinion, I had shopped around for one like that. This one was 130 for a 36x48. It was made custom order for me because I wanted it a little bigger than the one she had posted.

Thank you! And you should I had so much fun designing her nursery, there's so many ideas you can do with it. I wasn't sure if I wanted a quilt with all the characters or what but when I seen this one I fell in love and the Lorax is my favorite Dr.Seuss character anyway.

I'm lucky....My mom is a beast so she makes any quilt that we want. She even made all the bedding for crib, bassinet, etc. >.< She's making my diaper bag and boppy cover, too.

But I definitely like all the colors on the Lorax quilt. Very bright.

Oh my gosh I want to learn so bad! I took a class in high school and even had a quilt all sewn together but it never got quilted so I never really learned. And yes you're lucky! And thanks
