Smell down there after giving birth

So its been 2 months since giving birth to my LO, however I feel like I am really smelly down below no matter how many times I wash a day. I have a small amount of discharge that requires a pantyliner and no pain or itching. I thought it would go away after the 6 weeks but nope. I haven't had any sex since 36-37 weeks, I plan on going to the doctor soon but I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced anything similar postpartum??

Maybe a BV infection?

I've had BV before and it smelled completely different from this.

I would go to the doctor and have it checked out.

definitely sounds like bacterial vaginosis ..It can be sexually transmitted or it could be as simple as using a douche to much in a month that takes away the vaginas good/needed bacteria! Get it checked for sure!

I have the same problem and I know it's not BV because I used to get that quite a lot and the smell is different. If you find a solution let me know lol.

it would not be this- women women have tested positive for Strep B can have it , walk around with it w. no symptoms/problems it is only harmful to the NB which is why they must be treated at the time of labor etc.
