Bible verses on Facebook

Am I the only one who gets annoyed by people who post them at statuses on Facebook? I feel like shooting one right back:

Like: They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman

Umm no. It doesn't bother me. Everyone has the right to post what they wish, religious or not.

Eh, it's their Facebook so they can post whatever. If things someone post really bother me I just hide their posts from my feed.

No it does not bother me. What bothers me is when people pick out specific verses to suit their needs, or arguments, then ignore the rest of the Bible.

Just hide the person's post, problems solved.

No if I dontblike a post, I hide it. Or move on if its not on going.

I'm not even going to lie, it bugs the smurf out of.
I hate all the mushy god smurf people post.
I hide them all though, there's a few that do it EVERDAY. They can post whatever they want, I just don't have to read it  

I am not religious, i just roll my eyes and move along
no big deal.

lol maybe it is just me. I grew up in the deep south so it is like my whole news feed is a sermon.

Get over it, its face book they can post what they want better that than some of the other posts I get.

No and I have some bible thumpers on mine. I just scroll past it most the time. Sometimes I read them.

thankfully, I don't have to many jesus freaks on my friends list. I try to limit the mental illness in my life.

my husbands cousin posts 12-20 memes w/ quotes on them at a time. Some days I wake up and all my updates are her BS. I can't likely unfriend her w/out causing issues. SO I when she gets really bad, I match her posts w/ones about how science is cool and how ridiculous the bible is.   I figure if she's going to shove her beliefs down my throat, I can do the same.

I only have two friends that do it and I just flow past it. I don't really care. However I have also deleted everything off my FB and only go on to check messages because there is too much drama.

Ya I agree..Kind if like when they say crap about gays and try to justify their actions by using the bible...yet they seem to forget they banged their boyfriend/girlfriend last night in the back of the car
