You could just get a book case, paint it anyway you want and use cute baskets/bins or the fold up ones. That way when she gets older you can use it for something else, and it'll be a lot more sturdier.

DD always wants the toys out of the basket. No matter what basket or box they are in, they don't belong there, they belong on the floor according to her.

Well, if I don't get this one, there was another one I looked at that was a little more expensive, but It's a thick plastic lil tykes toy box with a few little shelves for books connected to the top of it. I might just get that one because it seems like it would hold up a lot better.

i have two, the toy story and princess one. Its a pretty good toy box. No troubles for me besides on my sons, the bottom basket like bends out and its annoying lol
