Breakfast...

posted 15th Nov
What kind of breakfast food is easy on the stomach? I got pretty sick in the middle of the night last night for no reason, and now I am kinda afraid to eat anything but I am hungry as hell. So any suggestions? Am I limited to toast right about now? lol.

Use the BRAT diet like for kids.

Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast.

Soup is always good too. Like a nice chicken soup or broth kind. Not one with a lot of stuff in it and no stews, so it's light on your tummy.

Yea lol. I was thinking about eating some of the saltines we have but idk lol. I really can't stand toast unless it has peanut butter & I know that is no good on the stomach lol.

Luckily I have all of those. I love apple sauce, so I think I will have that. Thanks
