NO his ears are not bad, my now 4 year old son had ears that looked just like that on his little head and now his head is so big his ears look normal now. Perhaps his head grew into his ears but gosh no, he has character and them cute ears are a big part of it. Your son is a freaking doll.

My mom taped my ears back lol but I kind of thank her because I already have a big forehead lolol
