do they sell felt that big and if so where? or maybe i was thinking green wrapping paper for the tree but i see that someone getting ripped

I'm not sure about felt but you could get another green fabric like flannel. That's really cute!

Try a fabric store they should have it in a large roll

fabric stores should sell felt, then the ornaments and gifts are also felt...felt sticks to felt, so now extra sewing, etc.
