Cramps WTH!!!

My body is playing up big time at the moment and I don't know why. I'm about 15 days into my cycle, but had spotting yesterday and then today I've got cramps. Not serious ones, but they're not my usual ovulation pains either, which tend to be higher up and slightly to the side, whilst these are lower down and feel more like period cramps. There's no way my period can be starting because I've been pretty regular since I had DS, and I'm not on any hormonal BC.
Does anyone else experience these symptoms part way through their cycle? Its creeping me out a bit because everything I've found points towards endometriosis and that's not something that's ever been picked up before.

A couple of cramps as a one off thing isn't endometriosis. I had severe cramps to the point of not being able to stand every day of my period and for at least 24hrs each side of it, coupled with severely heavy periods. Thats a sign of endometriosis

A couple of random cramps could be constipation, ovulation(it can be off position sometimes), early period, or it could just be some random cramping that means nothing.

Sounds like ovulation, esp if u r on cd15
