lumps in my babys breast

is it normal for girl baby to have breasts? its like i feel breast tissue in her chest it is literally a lump there and a bigger lump on one side then the other? i just noticed this tonight... do i need to take her to the doctors?
she is 3 weeks

It's hormones from the pregnancy.

Are you breastfeeding? She could be getting some of your hormones or something

could possibly be your hormones in her maybe? Not sure just maybe an idea

My DD had the same thing when she was a baby. She's 3 now and they've gone away

when will it topically go away? i never noticed it in my other DD

It's hormones from the pregnancy. My son had this and actually leaked liquid til about 5 weeks. Docs said it was normal.

It's hormones. My daughter had the same thing for a while sometimes after she born. I think at maybe 3 months?? Idk, I seriously forgot.

lol. while i breatfed the first few weeks my little BOY had big, almost swollen nipples. and once he went onto formuler they went down. lol. x

same! but till he was 3 weeks.   my doc said was normall too.

I never really payed attention to when it went away, sorry. But I'm guessing it was around 12-18months
