LOVE

I honestly don't think I've ever been in love with someone, or actually loved them. Not even BD.

What's it like ??

& how do you know when your in love ?

I don't have an answer, but i definitely haven't been in full-on love with someone either.
And when i think i am, in hindsight i always see that i wasn't.

I care about the person i'm with now, and love things about him/our family, but, yeah.

Me either   I don't know what it feels like

I hope one day...I will be able to experience REAL love

You know when you don't have to ask yourself that question. You just 'know' you look at them and you get this feeling in your heart. Kinda like for a lot of women when they first looked at their child when they were born. It feels amazing

Being in love with someone builds your confidence. You are sure of who you are; yet you don't need the other person to survive. To be truly happy though, you need them by your side. Together you are partners and you build one another up. You learn and grow along with one another. You are able to share joy, laughter and pain and help each other through trials and troubles. Your love makes you stronger, it makes you shine with pride on yourself and pride in your partner and makes you able to be humble and accept your faults and shortcomings. It makes you desire to improve yourself where you do fall short. To love yourself as your partner loves you.

It drives you crazy, it breaks your heart from time to time, and often puts a bounce in your step. It is a warming sense of security and joy that you KNOW everything will be alright. In love you enjoy receiving and even more so you enjoy giving. In love you look forward to the years ahead, the aging, the wrinkles, the day to day monotony because this is what you have always wanted. Someone who you care the world for romantically, sexually, physically, mentally and emotionally regardless of balding, liver spots and catheters.

All these things I feel for my DH- in him I really have found my soulmate.

Being in love is the worst thing possible.

Especially when they go away.

I'm madly in love with my newly ex boyfriend. He was my everything. The love of my life, my best friend, my soulmate.

If I could go back and not fall in love, I would. Heartbreak is the absolute worst feeling in the world. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

But what if you could go back and not have whatever problem caused you guys to end things? Wouldn't you rather that?
