Six year old for Christmas?

What do you get a six year old for Christmas?

My boyfriend's son is about to turn six (on December 21st). And, I have NO idea what to get him. I know he loves cops and wants to be a police officer so, I ordered him a ''cop set'' that's got a badge/gun/vest/cuffs/etc. And it's cute but, we're gonna do Santa for him at my house, as well as his Daddy's house.

Any ideas/suggestions/tips are greatly appreciated!

I do know he LOVES hot wheels, sherbet, cookies, helping bake/cook (even has his own play kitchen) loves to be outside and loves to play XBox. And, he's in Kindergarten.

A kids baking set? With chefs hat, apron, utencils etc.
