Toddler lunch ideas?

What should I pack my 15 month old for "lunch"? We go to MOPS every other Thursday, and they ask that we pack our toddlers a small lunch because they are in their little class for about 3 hours.

A sandwich, veggies and some crackers.

Fruit, lunch meat with cream cheese in the middle roll ups, crackers and something to drink.

Bits of ham, cottage cheese and avocado on a sectioned plate. (If he's good with utensils)
