Is my milk supply running out? Every time my son eats i dont feel anything anymore and on my right boob he is constantly playing with it instead of eating and he hits it but my other boob he stays on. They don’t get hard anymore or anything?

That's normal as he gets older. If you weren't producing milk he'd be screaming for food.

Your supply probably just regulated, and it sounds like he picked a "favorite". My daughter did too. She's 2 1/2 and still prefers my right breast to my left.

If he's not acting hungry, you've got plenty. Sounds like your supply is fully regulated. I stopped engorging after 4-6 mo and my letdown was much less forceful/tingly.

How old is he?

If he is still having enough wet diapers daily then your milk supply is probably fine. Once your milk regulates it's normal to not really feel anything when they're eating. And as they get older they get more distracted while eating and will play more. It's also normal for them to prefer one side over the other.

Yeah it sounds like your milk just regulated. And pumping is not an accurate way to determine supply issues. If you need to pump or want to just to have milk stored, pick a time you can pump and pump at the same time each day, your body will think it's another feeding and eventually you will get more. Also, I find pumping in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning gets me more milk.

I just pump enough to put in his rice cereal which is only 2 times a day

Does he have AR? Is there a reason you are putting rice cereal in a bottle? It is not recommended. Since he is over 4 months you could just try and feed him with a spoon? Most of the woman on here freak out over the whole rice cereal thing(unless it is recommended by a doctor) so just a pre-warning lol.
Pumping is not an indication of supply and can actually stress woman out pretty bad. I used to get like..an oz out when I would pump but went on to feed my child for 13 months :] It sounds to me like your supply is fine though.
The only indications of low supply are lack of wet diapers and weight loss.

Sounds normal! DS does that sometimes, I call it grazing because not really eating properly lol, he's the same age too! I've noticed recently my boobs don't get full anymore and have softened up too. I was a little worried i was loosing my milk but then i remembered that it's normal and it's just because my milk supply has regulated and my boobs have become more efficiant at making milk.
I can't get a lot out of a pump either, I asked about it and because he feeds regularly my boobs only make enough milk for his feeds, to get more from a pump I'll have to pump at the same day everyday, give it a few days before my body catches up and realizes that it needs to make that extra feed.

I don’t give him a bottle? His weight is fine so I guess I am ok
