Yeah that's the main reason they are sending a therapist for her   She has stopped talking/playing with the other kids at daycare, she doesn't want to play with her sister, she doesn't trust others anymore (like SO, my Mom, or her aunt, who she was close with) and only usually wants me. And then there is the whole not learning more words.
The doctor just wants to get her evaluated I'm just worried

If you add not comprehending us you completely described Caiden at 1.5 - 2. His pedi thought Autism and I did/do too. He doesn't have a diagnosis. He's been in speech therapy 2x a week since he was 18m.

Caiden regresses like crazy. He was saying stuff at one, and barely anything at 1.5. Even now some days he does really well and others he ( four in jan ) has the speech of a 1.5-2 year old.
Speech therapy is a great thing. It will be okay mama. I've been there if you need to talk.

SO and I were talking about the whole age/progress thing the other day. When she was little she learned everything so fast! We were amazed at how fast she would learn things. And then by the time she hit 1 she slowed down a lot and since she was almost 2 she pretty much stopped learning things.
The only thing that is different now from when she was 2 is that she learned how to potty train already.

My son is in speech therapy because he's not pointing or communicating in any way at all, but he's only a year and a half. At 15 months his doctor said he should be saying 10 words aside from mama and dada. He says zero words. His speech therapist is teaching him signs and he's using a couple of them but not very well just yet. She uses youtube on her phone to find signs she doesn't know. There are lots of videos that are just a few seconds long that show just one word. Milk is opening and closing your fist, for example and juice is making a j motion with your pinky toward your mouth. My son uses the "more" sign for everything right now, no matter what he wants and sometimes he will do all done when he wants out of his high chair and he's been doing play when he wants out of his play pen to run around. They have helped a little and I'm sure once he gets them down a little better they will be great. It is frustrating though, so I know how you feel. My son is extremely advanced in his fine motor skills, gross motor skills and problem solving skills. Nearly a year advanced in some of those, actually. But he's that of a 10 month old in his social skills and communication skills. Sometimes I wish he would quit being so good at running and getting into things and get better at telling ME what he wants instead of just doing it himself lol.
