almost 4yr old so agressive

My almost 4yr old (ASD, ADHD n possibly Tourettes) son is very agressive towards his 5yr old sister... everyone says i should medicate and i been thinkn bout it... it gets so bad that i have to sometimes have my mom take 1of the kids.... i feel horrible!

advice? help plz...

I don't know what ASD is, but I'd talk to his pedi for sure. I know there are meds for ADHD and Tourettes and although he's young still, it might help. I know a lot of people are against medicating children, but if it's impacting his life this much, I would consider it for my child. That's just me personally. Talk to his pedi for sure.
