Well one day he will say he doesnt want to see me. Then a few days later he's calling and asking if I will go pick him up so we can go shopping, out to eat, to the park etc etc. He's inviting me along to hang out with him and our son. We will get along great and do this for a few days in a row, then all of a sudden he will flip out on me saying he doesnt want me around when he sees his son.. I dont unerstand it at all.
now he has his sister textn my phone threatening me saying shes going to come to my house to whoop my as*. For no apparent reason!!!

The only reason hes doing this is because I put him on child support. I didnt do it. The state did, because I get state assistance. He told me a longgg time ago that if I didnt put him on child support then he'd help me out and give me money. Well he hasnt done it so I just let the state go ahead and do it. So now he's pissed.

Remember stay calm and only answer to the cpurt dont talk to him or stear at him hold your head up high and surely he will break hhe will give the court a reason not to grant him smurf.... But also must states will provide some kind of attorney but may not need one for child support but only mention things you can show proof of and pray for the best outcome and never answer his phone calls only texts and save them! Its best for you and your child not to get caught up in his stupid life....

I dropped my son off with him last Thursday and when I went back to pick him up 3 hours later he asked to look at my phone so I handed it to him and he smashed it in the road. But surely the next day he went out and bought me a brand new one.
I dont think Missouri appoints lawyers when it comes to custody cases. I just dont want to be apart of him and his drama. All his family is about is dramaaa and so are all of his friends.

I told him the state will only make him pay like $170 a month becaues he is unemployed and thats exactly how my other sons dads situation was almost 2 years ago when we went to child support court.
So now he's mad! Which is stupid... Thats way cheaper then giving me $100 a week.. Which is what he WANTED to do.
But he expects me to take him the baby EVERY SINGLE DAY! drive an hour and drop him off. Then drive an hour home for a few hours. then drive an hour back to pick him up. then an hour home! Thats nonsense!!!!

I was going to drop him off with him when I went to school, and even pick him up after school. One week its 4 days, the next week its 2 days. Each day is for 6-10 hours! I dont see what the big deal about it is...
He agreed to doing it and then last night all of a sudden he called and said he didnt want to talk to me anymore so he wasnt going to watch him.. He is complete bulls*it. I cant stand it.
I honestly just want to be left alone and to do this on my own and forget about his dumba*s. lol

I know guys like that I had one looney who I had no kids with call the cops and tried telling the officer that my 6 month old was his and I wasnt allowing him to see her mind you I only knew him since she was 4 months and he lived the same lame lifestyle choked me bcuz I wouldnt delete pics of my husband and older daughter at birth they are no good and worthless kids shouldnt have to worry about that drama and neither should we

Sorry your going through all this and it is bullsmurf. If you would rather him not be in the picture when a custody hearing comes around I would bring up the fact he smokes pot, and has no gas in his house.
