Opinions on these names? I have a Kyran Joseph Xavier L. so they have to go well with that, which I feel they do.

Girl-- Ivy Marilyn Kristine L.

Boy-- Gracen Keanen Thomas L.
(DH says it sounds like a girl's name)

Do you mean Grayson, that's masculine and spelled correctly.

They're both mouthfuls, that's for sure! But they're different and I think that rocks!

Love the girl name! Not to sure on the boy though. Maybe it was was spelled Grayson.

I love Ivy. I don't care for the rest of the girls name

Grayson NOT that scrabble bag of letters you think spell the name.
the rest of the boys name is fine.

I really don't like 2 middle names, So I'd say pick one, but that's not as much of my concern as your ability to spell a name properly.

Yeah, like that. I just saw 'Gracen' on a baby name site.

Ivy Marilyn is gorgeous. Kristine doesn't flow well.
Grayson Thomas is nice. Grayson Keanen sounds choppy.

I don't think Grayson Keenan flows very well together, but it does look much nicer when spelled correctly  

I like them, but Grayson is better. Spelled the other way it looks feminine & honestly took me a minute to figure out what it said.

The middle names are family names and I love two middle names.

I loathe Grayson. Gracen is doubly bad.

Ivy seems like a Beyonce fad. Marilyn Christine is nice. Thomas is solid too.


Scrap the others though. They sound and look juvenile (just my opinion.)

I don't think it's fair to say that she's not spelling it "correctly". It's her choice to spell it however she wants to. My name is rarely ever found on anything because of it's spelling, but that doesn't make it wrong. My mom thought outside the box and made it different for a reason. If her child absolutely hates it, he can certainly change it later.

Except there are correct and incorrect ways to spell names. Gracen is incorrect. Grayson is correct. Sure she can spell it however she wants, but it's better to spell it how it's supposed to be so the kid doesn't have to go through life spelling it for people and having to correct people.
