Wanna make sure

Well I work during the day and SO works at night. I am entering my fertile period and have started with my OPKs today. I was temping, but I always forgot to temp right when I open my eyes before moving......so thats gone out the window! But anywho.....when I do get a positive how long would I have to catch that egg. Im BDing every other day, but on ovulation day ( or period ) I wanna get that extra one in! lol

I read that the best days to do it are 2 days before O day to 2 days after

BD before ovulation is actually way more important but following days are important also.
