present ideas

I need ideas for Christmas presents for my youngest. He is going to be eight months old by Christmas. I figure he will have more fun unwrapping and playing with paper tha n with the actual gift so i want to get him a bunch of little things instead of a few big presents like his older siblings, so he can have fun unwrapping. They are getting about five bigger things.

Problem is .... I have no idea what to get him. He has tons of teethers, rattles and far too many little light up toys and books. Millions of ugly dolls.... I need ideas. help!

My DS will be 6 months and i'm getting him clothes and a couple sippy cups to have on hand for when he gets older. Nothing too big or fancy.
