getting pregnant again...

so everyone who has read my profile or read my posts last year knows all about my hospital stay and my rainbow baby... after something like that did any of you try again? if so how long did you wait for?

I lost my second son at 23 weeks 2 days. I've had 5 miscarriages besides him from 4 to 15 weeks.

We were going to wait 6 months to try again, but hubby deployed, so it wound up being 11 months. I'm 12 weeks now. I'll be getting stitched up in a few weeks and will be on progesterone injections from 16 weeks on.

Whatever you do, meet with your doctor FIRST to get a good game plan so you're not trying to fight for proper care. Sounds like you have an incompetent cervix and should be considering the cerclage and the progesterone and early bed rest!

I haven't brought myself to TTC again.

I think it is exciting and brave to try for another baby! I totally agree with the OP. Meet with your doctor and work out a plan for the pregnancy. I am sure that will make you feel much better and more confident too!
