I would think so, yes. I think it is ideal for about 3 and up. Possibly 2.5.

imo, yes... i think 3 minimum would be a good age for it depending on their patience level. younger than that youd pretty much have to sit with them at all times and play with them showing them what to do

Yes. My daughter is two and she plays with her brother's LeapPad, but she hasn't figured out how to use it... just how to turn it on and off... she can get to things on it, but doesn't know what she's doing with it. I think 3 is the minimum age for it... my son got it when he was three and had it mastered almost immediately.

My son has had an iPad since he was thirteen months old, so I would say no.. I don't know what the LeapPad 2 evolves but I doubt it can be anymore difficult than the iPad at that age

I noticed! hahaha it's going well now that I'm not face first in the toilet anymore. Just scared smurfless that I'm going to have another one here soon.

Hows TTC?

I think the games on the LeapPad are for probably more around 3 but I got my daughter who will be 2 in Feb. one for Christmas because you can also put music and videos on it and my daughter loves stuff like that. There is an app card you can buy to put that sorts of stuff on there. And my daughter is really quick at picking up how to work electronics (she knows how to completely work me and my husband iPhones, turn her tv and DVD player on, etc) so I def think its worth it!

DD has the original LeapPad. We love it. She was 3 when she got it, but she stole my iPod from me when she was 2ish.

You can put tv episodes and things on there too love. I think they're the fricken BOMB and tell everyone to get one. haha
