Paxil and amenorrhea

Hey girls maybe be TMI but just wanted to see if anyone else on Paxil had the same thing happen. I will also be contacting my Dr tomorrow
I've been taking Paxil for 10 days my period was 2 days late I started today was bleeding lightly and now I'm just spotting brown blood... Opinions please
