Visalus Shakes

I started my 90 challenge by Visalus 8 days ago. As of Monday I had lost 6lbs and 3 inches at the waist and 3 inches at the hips.This week i started exercising so I'm hoping the weight keeps coming off like it did last week! Anyone else here on the Visalus shakes?

so far so good for me. My landlord's wife started taking it just because she had gotten a gum operation and wasn't allowed solids for 3 months. No matter what foods (liquids) she had she didn't have energy and one of her friends told her to try visalus and a week into it she got some energy back. 2 weeks later she was back at work and now she's the promoter who got me to try it. she didn't do it to lose weight but for the energy it gives because with just 2 shakes a day you have 95% of your daily value of vitamins.

Those make too much sense. There needs to be something you have to buy, or a special trick. Diet and exercise are WAY too simplistic for people to believe it works.

I have not tried them. But a girl I use to work with does and now sells them and continues to post on FB every damn day about how great it is and this and that and and always trying to give me samples. It's annoying as smurf!

ya the promoters get annoying at times. but they have a lot to gain by getting customers. and even just being a client, if you find 3 people to join the challenge you get free products....some are just way pushier than others i guess
